Return/Exchange Policy When Ordering Online:
Thank you for shopping at Lillie’s Boutique. We do not give refunds. All sale items or items with a final sale tag are FINAL. These items are not eligible for an exchange. Exchanges or store credit on clothing items and shoes are allowed within 7 days of shipment date. Tags must be attached. All jewelry and accessories are a final sale. We do not guarantee jewelry or shoes after usage or 7 days after purchase. Some dresses, rompers and jumpsuits that are special occasion pieces are a final sale. All sale items are also a final sale. We do not give store credit or exchange items that have any indications of being worn, washed, smell of perfume or smoke.
Orders can be returned for store credit only or exchange up to 7 days after purchase. If it is past the 7 days, unfortunately we can't accept your return. To complete your return, we require the Return Form to be included in the package and the item must be unused, tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. We do not give store credit or exchange items that have any indications of being worn, washed, smell of perfume or smoke. Any returned items that we receive that are not in the original condition as was when sent to the customer will be denied and sent back to the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued store credit in the form of a discount code applicable for a one time use that must be used within 60 days.
Sale items and any item marked a final sale cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. All sale items are a FINAL SALE.
Please note that shoe costs online differ from in-store purchases due to shipping costs. You may however purchase shoes for store pick up by contacting us for secure payment at 806-367-8224.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you receive a discount code for store credit, please note that it is only applicable for a one time use and will expire in 60 days.
